Real Estate Empire Group, is a boutique brokerage that is seeking an energetic and dedicated Real Estate Telemarketer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have a talent for identifying potential agents & leads, making cold calls, prospecting and effectively pitching our exceptional real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively make outbound cold calls to potential agents & clients daily.

Present and promote our brokerage services to prospects.

Identify and recruit agents by engaging potential prospects in persuasive and professional conversations.

Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure future sales.

Meet and exceed monthly call quotas and recruitment targets.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.

Passionate about real estate and a keen understanding of market trends.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed targets.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM. May result to a hybrid position.

Remuneration:

The salary range is $15 - $17 per hour, with a competitive monthly bonus structure that rewards performance.
